ABSOLUT FAIL

My submittal to at the Absolut Vodka rhubarb Photoshop contest.
Update: With my Texas upbringing I would naturally assume that anyone anywhere viewing this would know immediately what it is, but for those that don't it is a famous old rendering of Santa Anna (replaced by the Absolut bottle) surrendering to Sam Houston (sitting at base of tree) immediately following the battle of San Jacinto. After San Jacinto, General Santa Anna, after sacrificing several thousand of his soldiers' lives to take the Alamo, gave up all of the rest of Texas to save his own.
And I realize that the word "Fail" is being using as a noun here....but just go with me on this....it is an internet/gamer thing.
A Michellanche! Welcome MichelleMalkin.com readers!

Nice job.= Mac or PC?
Al

That's a winner!

Photoshop CS3 on Windows Vista.

I went to the Malkin site, but couldn't figure out how to get the San Jacinto photoshop to tell me where it came from...SA, you are not getting the credit you deserve!
Remember San Jacinto Day, two weeks from today! We can celebrate with GIN and tonic.

Well there's always Tito's Handmade Vodka...it's made in Austin, Texas.

Hurrah! A true macro. Absolut Fail FTW! ;)

What? You mean there are people who don't know what this represents?
Like I said, this makes life worth living, my dear. Awesome work. Even if 1 in 100 get it.

Funny. Houston, of course, would have drunk it all.

No doubt....had Santa Anna actually been a bottle of hooch then Sam Houston definately would have killed him.

Fellow Texan here, by way of Malkin, just wanted to say - AWESOME!!!

God Bless Texas!
