Almost everyone I work with on projects related to this campaign for liberty has been experiencing computer harassment: emails are stripped, messages disappear. That's not all: people's bank accounts are being tampered with: wire transfers to banks vanish in midair. I personally keep opening bank accounts that are quickly corrupted by fraud. Money vanishes. Coworkers of mine have to keep opening new email accounts as old ones become infected. And most disturbingly to me personally is the mail tampering I have both heard of and experienced firsthand. My tax returns vanished from my mailbox. All my larger envelopes arrive ripped straight open apparently by hand. When I show the postman, he says "That's impossible." Horrifyingly to me is the impact on my family. My childrens' report cards are returned again and again though perfectly addressed; their invitations are turned back; and my daughters many letters from camp? Vanished. All of them. Not one arrived. Try explaining that to a smart thirteen year old. Try explaining it in a way that still makes her feel secure and comfortable.
Try, "Dear, your Mother is a lunatic." It won't make her feel secure or comfortable, but sometimes the truth is the only way to go.

That has always amused me, although in a frustrating way. The real nutroots can smear conservatives/republicans with idiocy, ignorance, and incompetency with one breath, and with the very next, describe a Machiavellian "neocon" plot that would be beyond the capabilities of the most devious imaginary super villains. Maybe they have watched "The Matrix" a few too many times?
Do you think that she really believes that Karl Rove is intercepting and reading her daughter's letters from camp?

I notice that over 53,000 people have read that article on Huffington Post.
I suppose her other work should be read before judgment is passed, particularly her non-fiction book, "The End of America," which follows the same lines as this article that we speak of here. She compares what is happening in Bush's America to the established steps to dictatorship that are followed in all countries where a dictator wishes to seize power.
Thanks for mentioning Naomi's article, though, we so enjoy reading articles from this brilliant woman and hope more of your readers will visit Huffington and other leftie sites, if only to see if their right-wing ideas hold up to the arguments that are set forth.
I did a Google images search to see what Naomi Wolf looks like and it called up image after image of her speaking somewhere and/or images of her books covers telling us all about fascism in America.

That is just how courageous people like Naomi Wolf and A2 are, that they are everywhere, all the time, speaking out about the fascist Bush regime. And in the case of Naomi Wolf, actually having to bear the additional emotional toll of getting rich and famous doing it.

The left only exposes it's own derangement when it starts howling about fascism and Bushitler etc. Strangely enough, actual dictators have a pronounced tendency to imprison and liquidate people who go around denouncing them as dictators. If BushRoveCheney really are taking over, I think they must have missed a step or two.
Here is what is odd. Leftists like Naomi Wolf are always saying how McCarthyists (for lack of a better phrase) were always seeing a commie under every bed.
Read Naomi Wolf's stuff and tell me she doesn't see a fascist whenever she finds anyone whose just disagrees with her politically.

If nothing else, this woman has done her homework and is very, very good at expressing the strange similarities of historical facts with modern day America.
