The Obama online donation system takes money from all comers, from any country, and doesn't even bother matching up names and addresses on card charges.

I have a credit card issued by a bank in Hong Kong.

I've just made 5 donations of $5 each using the card. I listed fake addresses in North Korea, Iran, Gaza, Venezuela and Kenya. The names and addresses were made up, each was different, I listed real Yahoo email addresses that forward to me.

Fraudulent Charge
Over Donation Limit

All 5 went through without a problem. I'm already being solicited for more money.

Follow the link over to Ace because he is actually getting input from people in the credit card transaction business and who know what the proper standards and procedures are for processing charges. Standards and procedures that Obama obviously Hopes to Change.

This is a story that is developing only in the blogosphere because the Elite National Media has their resources tied up trying to find out if Joe the Plumber has let his nutgrass problem spill over into his neighbor's lawn.

Now just imagine the reporting we would see on a Republican presidential campaign that had raised $600 million dollars and simply wouldn't comment on or publish the origins of about a third of the total going against a Democrat opponent that had vowed to take only public financing....and one that then actually honored his own pledge.

With 12 days left the major media is in a race to see if they can drag Obama over the finish line before they run out of audience. At that point they will just have to hope that The One and The Dems in congress will return the favor by legislating some of their audience back to them with a resurrection of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine."
