"Thall Shall Not Kill?" Them's fightin words!
[Film-maker] Theo van Gogh's murder was a declaration of war which appears to have gone unnoticed by the Dutch government with the exception of Deputy Minister Geert van de Zalm and VVD chairman Jozias Aartsen . In an outrageous move,Chris Ripken a Dutch painter who attempted to memorialize the slain filmmaker with the words "Thou Shalt Not Kill" was ordered by the police and Rotterdam mayor Oberstelt to remove the work because the words according to the Volkskrant were "too sensitive for our multi cultural society".
But remember....America is the one that needs to regain it's moral standing in the world.

Theo van Gogh's partner in the film that so incensed the Muslims was Ayaan HIrsi Ali, whose autobiography Infidel is very good reading. She was a member of the Dutch parliament when Theo was killed; the Dutch couldn't, or wouldn't protect her, and now she's at the Heritage Foundation.
Van Gogh was stabbed and with the murdered used another knife to pin his Islamic screed to the body.
A very brave woman. This one of a couple of worthwhile books I've read lately that I may have some words for.
And no, Islam doesn't get off lightly.
