I'd really be interested in seeing what sort of Marketing and Promotion we bought for $894,064.00.
Perhaps a billboard in Lubbock ,Amarillo ,Abeline,San Angelo ,Big Spring ,and Odessa that says "Shop Midland".
847 grand is not a lot of money marketing this city !
With 18 mil just sitting there why not do a proper job of promoting Midland and cough up around 2 mil and do a decent job of it !
For 18 mil, we could hire some thugs to hold down and tattoo Ralph Wiggam and then deport him to another state as a living walking billboard!! We could even have his breasts enhanced so that men in the other state couldn't stop staring. Heck, he might even do it for free.
