Apropos of nothing
While channel surfing on vacation I came across some old news of Rosie O'Donnell saying that 9/11 was an inside job. It was of course a clip from The View and Hot Air has it here.
Merry Christmas. Rosie has passed the point of any serious consideration and is now merely the gift which keeps on giving. Among her comments, "This is the first time in history that fire has melted steel."
Then how do we make steel, Rosie? Dig it up in Bessemer flume?

Jessica's Well, continually sinking to new depths since....since.....since as long as I have been laughing at it. ANy lower and you'll be on your knees, Theo.

Jet fuel meaning knowledge and steel meaning the hard shell surrounding my brain.

Actually glad to hear from you Stu . Welcome back !

Stu Pidasso, your name is definitive. And dispositive.
Tell me why you must always get back to oral sex.
But as Old Otto says, don't run away. I managed to chase away Jill and a&mgrad, and it's less interesting without them.

Thanks old otto. I was never gone, just silent.
I love most the points you guys argue and state, but the level to which you sink in your delivery sometimes is just repulsive. The morphing of Rosie's mug into the mug of one of the notorious terrorists ever caught was, at first glance, amusing; but ultimately takes away from the credibility in your purpose.
Theo, tit for tat. You post objectionable and offensive material, then you should expect the same in return. If you continue to want to "box" with out gloves then don't cry when someone does it to you. Hmmmm.....maybe a nice little literary piece on taking money in office about Mz. Palin complete with a still from a sick porno with her face super-imposed over any one of the girls in it would suffice?? You seem to be good at photoshopping, could you get right on that for me, Theo??

And Theo, I have heard better taunts from kids on a playground. Try using smaller words so the useful idiots can keep up.
Besides, oral sex rocks. I'd have said it is the best thing since sliced bread, but I'm inclined to think it has been around much longer than sliced bread. Indeed, we should replace the permanent security detail for ex-presidents with all the oral sex they can stand. That would save us a lot of taxpayer money, and might lead to a few early demises to boot.

The unflattering pick of Rosie has been floating around the internet for well over a year now. Theo is not its creator. It's funny. It has a history. It is a recognition, that being an American, Rosie is just as much a terrorists as the rest of us, according to her logic.

I hang my head in mock shame for misappropriating the recognition and fame/shame and embarrassment on Theo for the artwork in question. Whether he created it or is just the pawn of it's resurfacing, it still takes away from fact that her fifteen minutes are up and a normal picture of her (from any point in her timeline) is just as funny. But then, reposting anything about her just prolongs her fifteen minutes. Let her mock fame die in the anguish of being ignored by the media monster which helped create her.

Rosie is being given another show, I'm told--people love a train wreck. What a silly cow; is that more or less embarrassing than this Photoshopped photo?
Stu, Rosie has determined that she will be around; her fifteen minutes will be infinitely prolonged. There is nothing wrong with poking fun at the cow. I of all people ought to feel shame, I suppose, over laughing at her with hairy shoulders, but the fact remains that (1) she's a cow who (2) won't go away and (3) her fifteen minutes will go on as long as she can arrange it.
And she's funny. And Stu, you're not, in the general definition of useful idiot, a useful idiot. A useful idiot is someone who signs up for his own eradication. A useful idiot is not someone who doesn't have my own (hothouse) vocabulary. Bear in mind I love words like Hillary loves power.

Fair enough. I was not aware and am not the least bit interested in whether Rosie ever gets more air time or an extension on her fifteen minutes. The antagonistic use of "silly cow" is not as embarrassing as the photoshopped picture, which was pointed out to me to be of someone else's creation, but still frowned upon in any forum where public discussion or arguments are conducted as it simply amounts to name calling. I am sure that if she were ever to post any type of dialogue here that she would find it quite easy to come up with a multitude of unsavory manners with which to refer to you or I. I myself have several in mind for each of us, but I will refrain simply for want of not being labeled the "troll". But when you take liberties to throw all etiquette out the window, then you stand the chance of having the same methods used against yourself. If the administrator chooses to delete or "troll dump" those comments even when provoked by a contributing poster, well that's just out of most of our control. I myself, have not evolved up the human ladder far enough, and therefore find myself slipping into old bad habits such as name calling and other boorish behavior. But it wasn't too many years ago, when I would even stoop so low as to gorilla stomp (recollection of Samsonite commercial comes to mind) an individual into the emergency room. Indeed my previous convictions are there for the public to see. I try not to let others' actions spur me to such behavior anymore, but I do reserve the right to exercise the free will giving to me by God himself and will gladly suffer the consequences or reap the rewards of my own actions in the eye of the law of whichever society holds the power to put me on trial at the time. But I digress......I do not find her funny in the sense ha-ha, but yes, funny in the manner of WTF??. And I really appreciate that you do not find me to reside within your definition of a useful idiot, although there are quite the number of people who would differ in that opinion. And I, too, love words; although my vocabulary and grasp of English grammar do lack some proficiency. However, the real question is whether this blogsite is just a semi-exclusive forum with which to vent at whatever the preferred posters choose to rain down their derision and insults, or is it an actual attempt to set forth a systematic display of intelligent and reasonable arguments to sway public opinion in support of the policies supported by the regular posters?
Should we take you people seriously or just return your insults with more insults?
Ahhhhhh, nevermind.

Stu, insults? I was insulting the cow O'Donnell, not you. Why take up for her when you don't like her?
The only comments that I've excised were ones that involved very improper suggestions with the Bush twins. I don't do a troll dump except for that; by all means have your say.
Is [Jessica's Well] an actual attempt to set forth a systematic display of intelligent and reasonable arguments to sway public opinion in support of the policies supported by the regular posters?
You're an optimist, my friend, an optimist. Virtually no one has the humility to learn anything and I can look in the mirror while saying it.

Thankyouthankyouthankyou Theo and Stu ! I had previously thought this was going to be a long dull winter !

I did not get the impression that you were insulting me, Theo. I was taking up for her; not because I like her, but because it is the same boorish behavior that you guys chastized me for doing towards the Bush twins (which I was only doing in response to the continual barage of insults and demeaning pictures you post about those you rail against, which proved quite effective because you all got your panties in such a twist). I restate one of the comic strip puchlines from this past weekends paper, fighting flyer with flyer (even though these posts aren't your typical flyer, per se).
And, yes, I am an optimist, because if this is as good as society gets then I have brought my children into a world at the mercy of unscrupulous people.
