Democrats on an escalator
No doubt the new stimulus bill will provide counseling for people stuck on an escalator. These people ought to be given at least six months off work for post-traumatic stress syndrome.

People are pleased to be victims, flattered into submission.
They have willingly sold their freedom.
I heard "Car Talk" once and a woman called to ask about something. Her battery was flat and a Serbian neighbor had unhooked his battery, held it upside down and jumped her car. She wondered if that was safe.
Click, or Clack, laughed and said, "Well, if you're from Serbia with all that shelling around, this might not seem to be a big deal."
Now if someone looks at you funny, you get counseling, implying more helplessness. This is deliberate servitude.

Someone in a racing car on the last lap of the Daytona 500 running out of gas and screaming for Uncle Sugar to refuel him as he was FIRST during the preceding laps and therefore wouldawon the race..but for running out of gas...that damn Bush.
