0bama is lost with or without his teleprompter. Saw him a couple of weeks ago signing something, and afterwards giving about a 45 second statement, he needed a teleprompter for that. Most presidents only depend on a teleprompter for major speeches. I watched Palin deliver her State of the State address in January, speaking for about 45 minutes without a teleprompter and only an occasional glance at her notes.

0bama would be funny if he wasn't so hell bent on destroying the country.

I am still waiting on actual evidence of the Obama genius.

Without a teleprompter he is not really any better at speaking than Bush.

And if his voice were an octave higher he wouldn't have been elected in the first place.

I love it when people that have no clue what they are talking about blog...instead of being negative and complaining about everything Obama, why dont you get out and do something productive for your local community..it would serve better than your words.

Obama and his policies have the potential to make our curent productive community efforts more difficult or meaningless.

For example, in one of my many community service activities, I support efforts to keep my community beautiful by going out several times a year to clean up a stretch of highway.

How do you think my attitude will change when legions of Americorps, or "To Serve America" or some other Cumpulsory Service Program's drones come in to provide that "service" to my community using my tax dollars and in turn try to make me feel guilty for supposedly not being green, or community concious?

The Obama policies being put forward will transform our community suppoort structures from people using the fruits of their labor to support community based alturstic ventures that conform to local or donor priorities.....into programs that are funded by taking the fruits of anothers labor to compensate paid "volunteers" (or to compensate administrators of coerced "volunteers") to perform "service" that conforms to broad national social objectives.

The effects of this shift has already started a lack of true community service in many parts of the nation not because the local citizens wouldn't step up and do it, but because Community Organizers, with the help of the Government, have told these communites they will help bring in additional volunteers and pay for it with taxpayer dollars.

Where is it written that anyone who blogs has never given or does not presently give themselves over to any community service hours?

Look, President Obama and I are roughly the same age.

He will never catch me in community service hours of any sort.

Further, in terms of "community service" hours done with no eye towards career advancement he won't get to the 15% mark.

ACORN is a PAC. It is not community service.

He has never really walked the walk here. He has only teleprompted the talk.
