Town Hall Meetings
His O'liness is not having the easy time that he thought he would have, nor are the Democrats in Congress as they attempt to control everything about us, down to our breathing.
The administration has called on favors from union thugs whom they bought with their favors. And still people refuse to knuckle under.
I'm pleased to find that some of the union thugs have actually been arrested. There is hope in the fact that the town-hall protestors, those who volunteer, tend to their business, and help other people out without the balm of noisy self-righteousness as their reward, were not the ones arrested.
And where do we hear it on the legacy media?

I have a fair number of friends who were under the old Soviet Bloc and they recognize the symptoms. They're doing a lot of the posters that you see popping up at the meetings of these dangerous radicals. You know, the ones who have never protested before, have done what they should, don't complain, pull their weight (and other weight too).
The touchstone is his friendship with Bill Ayers, who is completely unrepentant about setting bombs. And how could anyone sit for 20 years and listen to Jeremiah Wright say "God DAMN America!" unless he's either (1) a monster or (2) stupid?
I may have to get out The Manchurian Candidate.

I've talked to a few people who lived under the grip of the old Soviet bloc. They're nervous that Obambi is taking us down the road to statism.
I can't say I blame them for being scared.
