Will she blush?
This is of course from Our Empress complaining about the Bush administration.
Now that members of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) are evidently crashing town hall meetings to beat on people who dare to criticize His O'liness' attempt to take over one-sixth of our economy, will she continue saying this?
Don't hold your breath.

Clearly what we have here is a concerned blogger trying to bring to our attention an issue important and amusing to him.
Something we haven't much seen from the other so-called contributors these days .
Have any of you "important" people read " Five Tips To Keeping your Freeking Blog Alive "! The same tips I've been giving you for the last two years !
For the last few weeks we have heard almost NOTHING form the " Contributors" with the exception of Theo ! ( Who put you on notice to finish his thread !!!!!!)
I can understand if you are burned out .
Understanding and acceptance are two different animals !
Man up ! Write..! for the last two years I have griped at you IN PUBLIC about your lackadaisical attitude of publication !
Ball's in your court . Not writing yadayadayada,.!
This is a GREAT blog and can be even better !
SHAME YOU IF I MUST !!!!!!!
Get off your tired old asses , or admit you 're too old for the job !

And , Yes , I hope it makes you mad.

Hey, Otto....I know a couple of these guys, and they have day jobs for which they are thankful.............
Although, I must admit that I am often disappointed when I click in.

Portia, Otto, I must disagree. I am always delighted to see what these fine gentlemen cook up for us on a regular basis. I enjoy the writing, film clips, pictures, etc. I know that I am a relative newcomer to this site and have contributed next to nothing, but I am a happy lurker.
Well done, gentlemen. Continue.

What I find so inetersting is you could never find this anywhere else.

From the AP:
Clinton: I’m secretary of state, not Bill
By MATTHEW LEE
Associated Press Writer
KINSHASA, Congo (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s temper flared on Monday when a Congolese university student asked for her husband’s thinking on an international matter.
“My husband is not secretary of state. I am,” an obviously annoyed Clinton replied sharply.
A week after former President Bill Clinton traveled to North Korea to secure the release of two detained American journalists and stole the limelight from the start of his wife’s first trip to Africa, Clinton was clearly nettled by the question at a town hall forum in Kinshasa.
“You want me to tell you what my husband thinks?” she replied incredulously when the male student asked her what “Mr. Clinton” thought of World Bank concerns about a multibillion-dollar Chinese loan offer to the Democratic Republic of Congo. . “If you want my opinion, I will tell you my opinion. I am not going to be channeling my husband,” she said.
