PelosiCare: By a $15,000 health policy.....or go to jail.
From the bill itself, placed here no doubt with an obviously racist cut and paste maneuver on my part:
"H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax." [page 1]- - - - - - - - - -
"If the government determines that the taxpayer's unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply..."
"Criminal penalties
Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:
• Section 7203 - misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 - felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years." [page 3]
These people are insane.

but...but... what will happen to those poor souls who can not afford 15,000 bucks for health care..and..and maybe they can not understand our laws because they can not understand our difficult language ? and..um , what if they left their beautiful countries to help US out by doing the jobs that Americans won't do .
It wouldn't be FAIR to punish these fine folks with the same set of scales of justice we use on middle class America.

Bring it on. I see no hope except for things to get so very bad that there is a meltdown.
The left is as you say quite mad, and they've been able to get away with it because they've been held in check, with someone else picking up the pieces. Now they're running the show.
I recall for decades all the socialists saying that socialism would have worked if it had been tried right, which is of course an explanation that could have been given by communism and Naziism. Oh. It was given by them. Sorry.
People have been living in Never Never Land for so long that perhaps it will take some hard, cold, brutal facts to make them realize that they are their own salvation.
BTW, if you get an email which says, "Nude picture of Nancy Pelosi," DON'T OPEN IT. It is a nude picture of Nancy Pelosi.
