Bill White
I went to the CNN website--got to find out what they're up to--and found this.
Nathan Daschle is the executive director of the Democratic Governors [sic] Association, which gave a half million to White to run against the Republican gubernatorial nominee. Dashle explains his enthusiasm:
Bill White is different from any other Democrat who has run in that state,"He is smart. He is authentic.
I see. Different from any other Democrat who has run in Texas by virtue of being smart.
This from the mouth of a high-ranking Democrat.

Excuse me but..but..isn't a " smart Democrat" an oxymoron ?
If perchance, he becomes governor, we will be subjected to one whiney PSA announcement after another. I know, I live in Houston. And I get that same feeling of revulsion with him, that I do with Comrade Zero. He'll probably try to take credit for helping the Katrina victims, when he had nothing to do with it.
That little apple didn't fall far from the tree, did he? Is "foot-in-mouth disease" genetic?
