Rep. Hank Johnson
Representative Hank Johnson, a Democrat (of course) from Georgia, grills the military about Guam.
"Do you worry that [Guam] will become so heavily populated that it will tip over and capsize?" I hope I got that right; I was laughing so hard that I cannot review it. My stomach muscles won't let me.
Rep. Johnson serves on the House Armed Services and Judiciary Committees.

He may be the best dope. When you consider the competition that's saying a lot.
I caught this a few days back and figured it HAD to be an April Fools prank . The man can't put a sentence together and makes twice the money I made at my best AND has a better healthcare plan than a railroad worker.
I'm thinking Boone's Farm and spicy smoke. The guy is seriously ripped ! I know ripped ! He's having WAAAYYY too much fun and actually tilts when talking about Guam tilting !
This is what really ticks me off about our government today ! All the freakin' politicians get the best dope !
